- The official opening ceremony in the presence of Mr. Gérald DARMANIN, French Minister of the Interior, accompanied by numerous official international delegations.
- 40 Conferences & Panel Discussion with the theme of "the Games of the XXXIII Olympiad, which France will host in 2024" which brought together 1,496 participants through three perspectives:
- The different continuums mobilized by the games
- The place and use of technologies in the games
- The transformations that the games will bring to France and its territories
